Workflow
From URL to product handoff
- Import a product URL Choose the closest category and run analysis. Hasmord fetches the page, extracts product signals, scores the page, and creates a persisted product record.
- Review the AEO Report Open the product row, review score breakdown, guardrails, query gaps, and priority fixes. Download the PDF when the team needs a page improvement brief.
- Inspect the PIL draft Use the PIL preview as the structured product intelligence layer behind the report. It is mainly useful for internal systems and future automation, not for casual end users.
- Share or hand off ownership Use product permissions for record-level collaboration. Use Settings to invite members, update roles, transfer owner, or remove a member with product reassignment.
- Re-run after changes After the source page changes, use Re-run or Save and re-run so the latest score, Report, PDF, and PIL draft reflect the current page.

Role messages
What access states mean
- Owner
- Sees full workspace controls, including transfer owner and member removal. Owner cannot be removed; ownership must be transferred first.
- Admin
- Sees member and API key controls, but no owner transfer. Admin cannot remove owner/admin or edit owner-only business profile controls.
- Manager
- Sees all products and creator names, but member controls remain read-only or hidden.
- Editor
- Can work on owned or shared records. Missing products usually means the record was not created by or shared with that editor.
- Analyst
- Can inspect results but should not see edit, delete, permission, or tenant-wide product controls.
- Viewer
- Read-only by design. If actions are missing, the viewer needs a higher role or explicit record permission.
